Information about your stay

Due to the current regulations of the federal government, from November 2, 2020 until further notice, the accommodation of guests in our hotels is only permitted under the following conditions:

The overnight stay is necessary and may expressly not take place for tourist reasons.
Guests must be symptom-free upon arrival at the time of check-in.
Guests must consult a doctor immediately if they have symptoms.
If an infection is confirmed, the hotel must be informed immediately, which will immediately inform the responsible health department.
All guests are also required to completely fill out the contact details in the room and leave it there.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accommodate guests who do not meet the above requirements.
